Hi, this is Iplehouse.
If you would like to do the layaway payment, please go to the paypal site (www.paypal.com) directly and then make the payment.
For the first payment, please remit to us 1/3 amount from the total.
And please kindly have to remit to us within 3 days after your order, so that the order can not be cancelled.
Please remit the money to our paypal address, iple@iplehouse.net.
And within 3 months, please kindly have to make full payment completely.
Also, it is welcome if you can finish the layaway payment earlier than 3 months.
Please kindly be notified that the layaway payment is not available from Dacom credit card.
Because it is systemized from Dacom credit card, you should pay in full amount, only.
If you place an order with the doll, whenever you remit the money to us, we will check.
If you let us know in advance before the payment is all completed, we will prepare so that can ship to you at the same time when you make full payment.
After placing an order, on the message section, please write down that you will do the layaway.

Service charge for Layaway payment
Please kindly be informed that the max. period for layaway payment is 3 month.
So, all customers please have to make full payment within 3 months after your order date.
But, if customers who do not keep to complete full payment during 3 months, please have to pay for the service charge.
The service charge will be applied from the date over 3 month passed, and will be fixed as percentage (%) of the order amount.
If the period is over 4 month passed from the order date, the service charge will be 5% of the order amount.
If the period is over 5 month passed from the order date, the service charge will be 10% of the order amount.
If the period is over 6 month passed from the order date, the service charge will be 20% of the order amount.
If customer's payment will not be completed even over 6 month passed, we will deduct the service charge 20% from the order amount and refund the rest amount only. And then the order will be cancelled without any notice in advance.
Why we fix the service charge like this is that some customers who are doing layaway but do not keep the layaway period and cancel their orders due to personal affairs.
This can damage not only Iplehouse, but also other customers.
Please kindly understand this and we ask you to please keep the layaway period rule, for sure.
